At Slayora, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

1. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

• Certain items like innerwear, beauty products, or sale items are non-returnable for hygiene/safety reasons.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

• Exchanges are possible if the desired size/color is in stock.

• If not available, a refund or store credit will be offered.

4. Defective/Damaged Products

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, email slayora169@gmail.com with photos.

• Slayora will arrange for a replacement or refund.
